Do I have to switch booking apps?
No. The Book Now button links to the booking page you already use, such as Square Appointments, Vagaro, Booksy or GlossGenius. Your bookings, deposits and client list stay where they are.
Can each barber or stylist have their own booking link?
Yes. If each chair books separately, the site can have a short profile and a Book Now button for each person.
Will my Instagram be on the site?
Yes. Your Instagram is linked on every page, and you send us your best photos for the gallery. New photos can be added as part of your monthly edits.
How do the starting prices work?
You list your services and starting prices in the intake form, and we lay them out clearly. When prices change, send them over and we update them as part of your monthly edits.
Do I need a call?
No. Pick a plan, pay the $750 deposit securely with Stripe, and fill out a 10-minute intake form. That's everything we need to start. If you'd like to talk anyway, send a message through the contact page.
When do I pay?
$750 today to start. When your site is ready and you approve it, you pay the other $750 and your monthly plan starts. Your site launches right after.
How long does it take?
About 10 business days from the day your intake form is complete. You review the site before it goes live, and we make your changes before launch.
What if I cancel?
$750 deposit today. The other $750 and your monthly plan start when you approve your site. Full refund if you cancel before launch. To cancel, just email us. After launch, cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and the hosted site and automation tools stop then. Your domain and content stay yours.
