The $1,500 setup fee covers designing and building your custom site: page layout, copy, mobile-first build, basic local SEO setup, connecting your domain, and launch. If you're on Leads or Front Office it also covers setting up the text-back, review requests and (for Front Office) the AI receptionist. The monthly fee then covers hosting, SSL, small edits and the automation tools.

The intake form asks for your business details, the services you offer, the cities you serve, your logo and brand colors if you have them, and up to 10 photos of your work. Real job photos make the biggest difference.

Your domain and your content are yours. The domain stays registered to you, and the text, photos and logos you give us stay yours. We own the code and tools we build and host the site with. If you cancel after launch, we'll send you an export of your content, and you can buy out the site code if you want to keep it.

You keep your existing number. We set up call forwarding for unanswered calls to a business line we manage, so when you can't pick up, the caller gets a text from your business right away. Your customers never see a different number on your site or truck.

You choose. It greets callers with your business name, answers basic questions from information you approve (services, areas, hours), asks the qualifying questions you set, like job type, address and timing, then texts you the lead. It never quotes prices or books jobs unless you tell it to.

Yes. Put your current website in the intake form. We'll keep what works, rebuild the rest, and handle the switch-over so you don't lose your domain or search presence.

Send a short description through the quote form. You'll get a written, fixed-price proposal by email with scope, timeline and milestones. If it looks right, we start. No hourly billing.

You see the full site before it goes live, and nothing launches until you approve it. Tell us before launch and we'll keep revising, or cancel and get a full refund.

We do. Send changes by email, like new photos, updated prices, a new service or holiday hours, and they're made for you as part of the monthly plan. Bigger changes such as new pages or a redesign are quoted first, so there are no surprise bills.

No hidden fees from us. Two outside costs can apply: your domain's yearly renewal with the registrar, since the domain is registered in your name, and, on plans that send text messages, the carrier registration and messaging fees that phone carriers charge businesses for texting. If either applies to you, you'll know the amount before anything is set up.

They stay yours. Your phone number never moves: text-back works by forwarding calls you don't answer, so leaving just means switching that forwarding off. Your Google Business Profile and every review on it belong to your Google account, not to us. Your domain is registered in your name too.
