Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026

Setup fee plus first month are charged when you pay your secure checkout link. Full refund if you cancel before launch.

The details:

• Before launch: if you cancel for any reason, you get a full refund of everything you've paid.
• After launch: your plan is month to month, and you can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't give partial-month refunds, and the setup fee isn't refundable after launch.
• Your domain and content stay yours. When you cancel, we take the hosted site down at the end of your paid period. If you want to keep the site code, you can buy it out for $750.
• To cancel or request a refund: email stonie@quillonbuilds.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
